About KLIBF

Tentang PBAKL

Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia melalui Majlis Buku Kebangsaan Malaysia (MBKM) akan menganjurkan Pesta Buku Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur (PBAKL) dengan kerjasama enam persatuan industri buku Malaysia. PBAKL merupakan acara utama dalam kalendar global penerbitan bagi setiap tahun.

Bermula tahun pertama, 1981, PBAKL berjaya mencatatkan lebih daripada 2 juta bilangan pengunjung pada tahun 2013 sehingga kini. Hal ini demikian, kerana ia merupakan tempat yang sempurna dan strategik bagi pencinta buku mendapatkan pelbagai buku sama ada terbitan lama mahupun baru.

Selain itu, pelbagai kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh penerbit di seluruh rantau ini, sekaligus merancakkan sambutan dan kemeriahan PBAKL.

Pelancaran buku, seminar, konvensyen dan sebagainya adalah antara aktiviti yang turut dijalankan bagi memenuhi keperluan komuniti pembaca yang tergolong daripada semua lapisan masyarakat.

About KLIBF

Ministry of Education Malaysia via the National Book Council of Malaysia (NBCM) organises the Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair (KLIBF) in collaboration with six Malaysian book industry associations. KLIBF is an annual major event in the global publishing calendar.

Since a humble beginning in 1981, KLIBF has recorded more than 2 million visitors from year 2013 to date. In consequence, this is resulted from the strategic and perfect venue for ‘bibliophile’ or book-lovers to get various books both old and new publications.

Besides, various activities are being carried out by publishers across the regions, which accelerate the celebration and excitement of KLIBF.

The launch of books, seminars, conventions and so forth are among the activities conducted to cater the needs of book-lovers community from all walks of life.

Anda boleh menaiki teksi atau perkhidmatan e-hailing untuk sampai ke WTC. Selain itu, anda juga boleh menggunakan pengangkutan awam seperti berikut:

WTCKL is within easy walking distance of a mall, restaurants and entertainment centres. It is situated next to KL’s Golden Triangle, and only 45 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

The venue is highly accessible through road, rail (LRT and KTM), and is serviced by frequent bus and taxi services.

Public Transportation:

Star LRT
Take the Star LRT, stop at the PWTC station. The centre is within walking distance from the PWTC Star LRT station.

Putra Line
Take the Putra Line, stop at the Masjid Jamek Station and take the STAR LRT to the PWTC Station.

KTM Commuter
Take the KTM Commuter line and stop at Putra Station. PWTC is within walking distance from the station.

KL Monorail
Take the Monorail line, stop at Titiwangsa Station. Change to STAR LRT line from Titiwangsa Station to PWTC Station.
