Set-Up & Tear-Down






Dear Sir/ Madam/Miss,



Please find the information as follows:


1. Booth set up

Starts from 2.00 pm – 7.00 pm on 26th March 2020 (Thursday)


2. Booth clearing (tear down)

Starts from: 9.00 am – 1 pm on 6th April 2020 (Monday)

For TR3 International Segment will start at 9.00 pm – 12 am on Friday (5th April) and the next day (9.00 am – 12 noon)


3. On the 26th March 2020 (from 10.00 am onwards), all exhibitors are to register at the KLIBF 2020 Secretariat Counter, Pelantaran Putra (at Second Floor – next to the main stage), PWTC and entitled to get two (2) Exhibitor’s Entry Pass for each booth. For each additional pass, the exhibitor will be charged for RM x.00 In order to support the preservation of the environment, the organizers do not encourage the exhibitors and visitors to use plastic bags. As informed by the KLIBF website, visitors are encouraged to bring their own recycled/reusable shopping bags, trolley bags, etc.   


4. Goods Transportation (loading and unloading)


*Exhibitors are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to use the main lift (at the Pelantaran Putra/ Merdeka Hall) for heavy goods/trolleys *


 a) Exhibitors at Legar Putra, Mawar Room, Tun Hussein Onn Hall (THO), Bilik Johor-Kedah & Kelantan and Bilik Melaka are to use the bus bay (near the PWTC main entrance)


b) Exhibitors at Tun Razak Hall 3 (TR3) and Tun Razak Hall 4 (TR4) are to use the cargo main lift at level one(1) (next to the river) and also all cargo lift entrance at level three (3) and four (4)


c)  Exhibitors at Tun Dr Ismail Hall (TDI) and Bilik P.Pinang are to use the bus bay loading area at level (1) loading bay next to the Seri Pacific Hotel.


d) Daily replenishment/loading time during the book fair from 27th March – 5th April is strictly at 2.00pm till 4.00pm. We do not entertain any special time request for daily replenishment loading/unloading other than the above mentioned time.

5. Each booth comprises with basic lighting, two bookshelves (wall unit), a table, a chair, and a wastepaper basket. Kindly note that we do not provide power point which exhibitors need to pay to the contractor to install. Any additional fittings and furnishing, for which there will be separate charges, shall be provided by the official contractor only.
